As we scale, we are looking for a Business Finance Manger who can go beyond accounting and compliance and build a strong financial operating system for the business.

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Finance Manager who can own the complete finance function while partnering closely with the leadership team on profitability, business performance, controls, financial planning and decision-making.
The role will be responsible for creating financial visibility across multiple products and revenue streams, building product/business-level P&Ls;, strengthening financial controls and identifying revenue and cost leakages across the system.




This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Operations and Business Strategy.

What you'll Do:
1. Business Finance & P&L;
Look after overall financial planning, reporting and performance management.
Build and manage product-wise, business-line-wise and client-level P&Ls.;
Develop transparent visibility into revenue, gross margin, contribution margin and profitability.
Establish and monitor unit economics across products and business models.
Analyse profitability by product, client, city, channel and other relevant business dimensions.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve margins and profitability.

2. Revenue Assurance & Leakage Control
Build robust processes to identify and prevent revenue leakage across different business lines.
Establish reconciliation mechanisms between contracts, transactions, billing, collections and accoun
