? Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Manage recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation and related files.
Coordinate employee joining, attendance, leave and other HR activities.
Assist in employee communication and HR administration.
Support management in various HR-related requirements.
Business Development Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
Search for potential clients, projects and business leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates.
Handle client communication,



enquiries and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate preparation of quotations, proposals and presentations.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients for new projects.
Maintain a database of business leads and opportunities.
Regularly update management regarding business development activities.
? AI Skills – Required
Good working knowledge of AI Tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-based productivity tools.
Ability to use AI for business research, proposals and reports.
Ability to use AI tools for HR activities, recruitment support and documentation.
Use AI for data analysis, information gathering and improving work efficiency.
Candidate should be comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools and technologies.
