Key Deliverables:
- Ensure optimal health, integrity, performance, and security of MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and other databases.
- Develop and maintain data categorization, movement, archiving, and purging scripts.
- Provide day-to-day support to internal IT groups, external partners, and customers, including troubleshooting.
- Manage database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data availability in the event of disaster.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality and availability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB instances, ensuring monitoring and maintenance.
- Participate in change and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and knowledge article creation.
- Administer outsourced database services for basic monitoring and administrative tasks.
