About the Role
As the AI Production Manager, you will own the end-to-end production of AI-powered creative content across video, image, social media, and influencer campaigns.
You will be responsible for turning creative ideas and campaign briefs into high-quality content using a combination of traditional production expertise and generative AI tools.
This role is ideal for someone who understands content production, short-form video, creative storytelling and AI tools and is excited about experimenting with new ways of producing content at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end production process for AI-led and digitally produced content.
Translate campaign briefs and creative concepts into compelling visual and video outputs.
Use generative AI tools to create and enhance videos, images, scripts, storyboards, visual concepts, and other creative assets.
Experiment with emerging AI tools for image generation, video generation, voice, avatars, editing, animation and creative automation.




Develop effective AI-powered workflows to reduce production time and improve creative output.
Work closely with the Creative, Strategy, Influencer Marketing and Account Management teams to understand campaign requirements.
Manage the complete production lifecycle — ideation, scripting, pre-production, production, post-production and final delivery.
Coordinate with internal creatives, editors, designers, freelancers, production houses and other external partners when required.
Maintain high standards of visual quality, storytelling, brand consistency and production value.
Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into the production workflow.
Create reusable AI workflows, templates and production processes that can be scaled across multiple campaigns.
Ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
