Role Description The Production Planning Control Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for overseeing end-to-end production planning and control activities. This role involves developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure optimal material availability, and monitoring capacity utilization across lines and equipment. The manager will analyze production data, track key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize inventory levels. Daily responsibilities include reviewing order forecasts, aligning plans with customer delivery timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role also requires preparing reports for leadership, supporting cross-functional coordination, and contributing to long-term planning strategies for the plant.
