About the Role
91 Blackboard Advisory is looking for a Strategy Execution Consultant who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Our consultants work with clients to identify business challenges, develop strategies, and create growth plans. The Strategy Execution Consultant will take these recommendations forward at the client level and ensure that agreed strategies are translated into measurable actions and results.
This is a highly client-facing, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with business owners and teams, driving accountability, solving execution challenges, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Implementation
* Translate consulting recommendations and business strategies into actionable execution plans.
* Break strategic initiatives into clear activities, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
* Work closely with client leadership and functional teams to implement agreed initiatives.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and day-to-day execution.
2. Client-Level Execution
* Work directly with client teams at their offices/business locations as required.
* Act as an execution partner to the client leadership team.
* Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review progress.
* Drive action items and ensure timely closure.
* Follow up with teams and individuals responsible for execution.
3. Performance & Progress Tracking
* Develop and maintain execution trackers, dashboards, and action plans.
* Monitor KPIs, KRAs, milestones, and business outcomes.
* Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews with client teams.
* Identify delays, gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks.
* Escalate critical issues to the client leadership and 91BB consulting team.
