CraftMyPlate is Hyderabad’s go-to platform for food experiences for micro-events—house parties, birthdays, office celebrations, festive gatherings, and more. We are building the operating system for how India discovers, customises, and orders food for smaller events.

Started in Hyderabad and backed by established founders and investors, CraftMyPlate is a funded, fast-growing startup working at the intersection of food, technology, and consumer experience. You will work closely with a sharp cross-functional team across growth, product, operations, supply chain, and customer experience—and have a direct role in shaping how the business scales.

Your Role
This is not a conventional “calling and follow-up” sales role. You will be responsible for finding growth opportunities, understanding customer intent, converting high-quality leads, and helping CraftMyPlate become the default choice for every micro-event in Hyderabad.

What You’ll Own
- Speak to potential customers, understand the occasion, group size, budget, preferences, and decision urgency,



then guide them towards the right CraftMyPlate experience.
- Convert inbound leads into successful orders through timely follow-ups, thoughtful consultation, and clear communication.
- Build and manage a high-quality lead pipeline: no missed follow-ups, no cold leads without context, and no opportunity left unaddressed.
- Identify repeat-order, referral, corporate, community, and partnership opportunities beyond one-time customer conversions.
- Share on-ground customer insights with the founders, product, and operations teams—what customers ask for, where they hesitate, why they convert, and why they drop off.
- Experiment with recent outreach methods, local partnerships, event communities, and acquisition channels to create business opportunities.
- Own your numbers: lead response time, conversion rate, order value, repeat rate, and revenue contribution.
