Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Tour Consultant. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing guided tours, coordinating with clients, and advising on travel and tourism-related services. Key responsibilities include managing bookings, delivering excellent customer service,



providing expert travel consultations, and addressing inquiries to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge and expertise in planning and managing Guided Tours
Proficiency in using travel booking systems or related tools is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations
Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
