What this role is
You own how the brand looks, feels, and shows up. From concept to final output, you lead visual direction and execute shoots with clarity, speed, and responsibility. This is a startup role for someone decisive, hands on, and accountable for creative quality.
What You Will Own
End to end visual output across brand & marketing campaigns, launches, and daily content
Curate detailed mood boards, creative worlds, and visual storytelling aligned to brand and briefs
Styling, product and prop sourcing, fittings,shoot logistics, location coordination and wardrobe readiness
Set and art direction that elevates narrative and brand identity
Shoot leadership from prep to final frame including shot flow, on set decisions, and talent direction
Collaboration with content, design, and production teams while holding strong creative standards
Review of edits and final assets to ensure consistency and quality
Guide and supervise junior stylists, interns or freelance crew when required
Contribution to collection storytelling, brand evolution, launches, and key moments
Support for events, retail visuals, and brand experiences when required
