Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or relevant discipline – Mandatory
Diploma / Certification in Industrial Safety / Construction Safety from a recognized institute preferred
Experience
8 – 12 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) in construction projects, preferably high-rise residential or commercial buildings

Role Overview
The Manager – EHS will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Workplace, Health & Safety practices at construction project sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture among employees, subcontractors, and labour teams.
The candidate will lead the site safety team, supervise safety officers and supervisors, and coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of construction activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Safety Management
Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures,
and safety standards at the project site.
Ensure safe execution of construction activities including structural works, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, and MEP installations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and safety audits.
Hazard Identification & Risk Control
Identify potential hazards and unsafe conditions across construction activities.
Ensure preparation and implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and method statements.
Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce safety risks.
Supervision of Safety Team
Supervise Safety Officers, Safety Engineers, and Safety Supervisors at site.
Guide safety staff in implementation of safety procedures and monitoring of site activities.
Ensure proper deployment of safety personnel across work fronts.
