Core Ownership
• Plan: Convert confirmed orders into a daily vehicle and loading plan; match route, capacity and delivery commitment.
• Execute: Place vehicles, coordinate production/warehouse readiness, and ensure loading and dispatch within the 48-hour TAT.
• Coordinate at plant: Monitor vehicle reporting, production readiness, loading sequence, weighment, documentation and gate-out with Plant, Warehouse, Quality and Security teams.
• Control cost: Negotiate and benchmark freight, obtain approval where required, and report route/vendor variance and savings.
• Track & communicate: Maintain live status and ETA from vehicle placement to delivery; proactively inform Sales and management of exceptions.
• Close exceptions: Resolve delays, breakdowns, documentation issues, rejected stock and invoice mismatches with named owners and deadlines.
• Digitise: Maintain all dispatch, GPS, freight, POD and vendor data in the approved system/dashboard; eliminate parallel and manual blind spots.
• Protect product: Ensure only clean, dry, odour-free, pest-free,



covered and fit vehicles are loaded; monitor loading to prevent contamination, damage, shortage and rain exposure.
• Review: Publish actionable MIS and drive closure of pending orders, PODs, transporter issues and vendor payments.
