Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jorhat, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Akasa Clean Energy’s presence in the regional market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.



The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and operations teams to develop tailored clean energy solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals. The Senior Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with key accounts, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide input into sales strategies and forecasting. This position also includes regular reporting on sales performance, participation in industry events, and adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
