Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Kolkata. The Business Development Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, event collaborations, and outlet expansion prospects.



Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations to potential partners, and supporting negotiation and deal closure. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing partners, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to execute growth initiatives. The associate will be expected to provide regular business reports, support local promotional activities, and represent Chai Break professionally at meetings and events.
