Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work from home. The QMS ISO 9001 Auditor and Technical Expert will plan, conduct, and report ISO 9001 audits for client organizations,



ensuring conformity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes reviewing and interpreting quality management documentation, assessing processes, identifying nonconformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The expert will provide technical guidance on QMS implementation, support clients in preparing for certification, and develop audit plans, checklists, and reports. Day-to-day tasks also involve meeting with client stakeholders, delivering training or awareness sessions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards, and collaborating with internal teams to improve audit methodologies and service quality.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, including requirements interpretation, process-based auditing, and risk-based thinking.
