We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance Team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, and an understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books.
Prepare, verify, and post accurate journal entries.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), invoices, vendor bills,



receipts, payments, and expenses.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with GST and TDS compliance and statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare and review financial reports including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements.
Able to Handle and record transactions, including sales, purchases, payment gateway transactions, refunds, settlements, and related accounting entries.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
What we are looking for:
Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
Good understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of e-commerce brand accounting is preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
Valuable proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
