The Senior NPI Planning & Service Enablement Engineer serves as the APAC focal point for New Product Introduction (NPI) planning, service capability deployment, and operational readiness across the Keysight service network. Working within a centralized global Service Enablement organization,



this role is responsible for transforming product launch requirements into executable regional deployment strategies that ensure service readiness, capacity availability, technician preparedness, and operational scalability.
The position acts as the bridge between Global NPI teams, Product Divisions, Regional Service Centers, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations leadership to proactively identify capability gaps, mitigate deployment risks, and ensure successful launch of new products and services across APAC.
Success in this role requires solid program management, technical operations knowledge, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
