Indore Institute of Science and Technology (IIST), a premier multi-disciplinary educational group offering top-tier programs in Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management, is looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer / Chief Administrative Officer (CEO/CAO) to spearhead our campus operations, oversee institutional properties, and drive administrative excellence.

? Role Overview:
Working closely with the institutional leadership, the CEO/CAO will serve as the administrative head of the campus. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, comprehensive land and estate management, campus discipline, transport operations, mess and canteen facilities, and strategic infrastructure growth across all three faculties (Technical, Pharmaceutical, and Management).

? Key Responsibilities:
Estate & Land Management: Oversee land acquisition, property documentation,



campus expansion projects, and liaison directly with local land authorities, municipal bodies, and legal teams regarding zoning and property regulations.

Administrative Operations: Direct day-to-day campus management, HR, facility maintenance, campus security, and overall infrastructure development, Maintain strict campus discipline and oversee all hostel activities, ensuring a safe, supportive, and well-managed residential environment for students. Manage and optimize the institution’s transportation fleet, routes, and daily transit logistics for students and staff.
Mess & Canteen Management: Oversee the operations of the campus mess and canteens, ensuring high standards of hygiene, food quality, nutritional value, and productive daily service for students and staff.
Regulatory Compliances: Ensure strict adherence to the administrative and infrastructural norms set by AICTE, PCI, UGC, and affiliated universit
