What will you do at Fynd?
Integration Strategy
Develop a holistic integration strategy for Konnect, focusing on seamless integration with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems.
Identify key API requirements and facilitate smooth data flow between systems.
Drive change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new integrations.
Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs and manage integration timelines effectively.
Product Development
Define explicit product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and partner feedback.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and changes, meeting defined scope and quality standards.
Partnership Management
Cultivate strong relationships with integration partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on product roadmap.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback, advocating for their needs within the organization.
Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance to drive mutual success.
Communication
Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
