About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Liaison to manage regulatory approvals and government relations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the organization and various government authorities, ensuring all statutory clearances are obtained on time and all compliance requirements are met, enabling smooth and uninterrupted project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local agencies to obtain necessary approvals, clearances, and compliance certificates for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Secure approvals from municipal corporations, environmental departments, revenue departments, and other relevant statutory bodies.
Liaise regularly with government officials, legal advisors, consultants,



and other external stakeholders to expedite approval processes.
Ensure strict compliance with local laws, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate documentation related to permits, NOCs (No Objection Certificates), licenses, and other regulatory filings.
Track application statuses and proactively follow up with authorities to prevent delays in approvals.
Identify, escalate, and resolve external issues or bottlenecks that may affect project timelines.
Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with government departments and external agencies to facilitate long-term project support.
Keep management updated on the status of pending approvals, upcoming regulatory deadlines, and potential risks.
