We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager – Maintenance to lead the maintenance and upkeep of premium residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all building systems through preventive maintenance, vendor management, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement, while delivering an exceptional experience for residents and stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property maintenance, preferably in premium residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Maintenance and operations of high-rise residential buildings
Proven experience in managing maintenance operations, technical teams, and service partners.
Robust understanding of MEP systems, building services, statutory compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
Experience working with facility management teams,



contractors, and resident/customer-facing environments.
Working knowledge of relevant Indian building codes, electrical safety regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Operations

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all building systems and common areas.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, elevators, STP/WTP, DG sets, pumps, and other critical building infrastructure.
Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely completion while minimizing operational disruptions.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Establish maintenance standards, SOPs, and service protocols across all managed properties.
