About The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to help turn marketing demand into qualified pipeline. You’ll run the systems, lifecycle workflows, and campaign execution that make every interaction measurable, working closely with the Head of Marketing on strategy and priorities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in funnels, not just campaigns. You’ll live in HubSpot, keeping our marketing engine clean, connected, and measurable, so we always know what’s driving pipeline and where things are breaking down. You’ll turn events, webinars, content, and outbound into structured follow-up that generates meetings, and give the team clear visibility from first touch through opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Systems & Automation (HubSpot)

Own the structure, tracking,



and performance of all marketing activity within HubSpot
Ensure campaigns, channels, and touchpoints are fully captured and measurable
Build and maintain workflows, lists, and automation that support lead progression
Create clear visibility into funnel performance from inquiry through opportunity

Lead Scoring & Lifecycle Management

Define and manage lifecycle stages aligned to pipeline creation
Build and optimize lead scoring models based on ICP fit and engagement signals
Ensure timely routing and follow-up of all inbound and campaign-generated leads
Identify and fix breakdowns across the funnel to improve conversion

Campaign Execution & Optimization

Translate campaigns (events, webinars, content, outbound) into qualified pipeline
Design and execute follow-up journeys that drive meetings and opportunities
Optimize performance across emails, landing pages, and campaign flows
Ensure every campaign is structured, tracked, and tied to p
