About The Role

We need someone who helps Aggne both create and capture demand across our target insurance accounts. You'll run the outreach, campaigns, and events that get us in front of executives who don't know us yet, and just as importantly, you'll watch for buying signals from accounts already showing interest and act on them quick. This is a find-the-signal, act-on-it role: turning first access and early intent into net-new pipeline. You'll work closely with our VP of Sales and Head of Marketing to break into our top target accounts.

If you've spent your career in sales, BD, or demand-gen marketing and you're energized by building pipeline from a standing start at a fast-growing insurance technology company, this is the role.

What You’ll Run

Create & capture demand - Run outreach and campaigns that open doors at new accounts, and monitor intent signals (website visits, email and content engagement, event activity) so we act on warm accounts while they’re hot.
Signal-based follow-up (HubSpot) - Run the lifecycle in HubSpot:



capture leads, score engagement, and build follow-up sequences that trigger off real buying signals, not just a calendar. Route the warmest to sales fast.
Sales partnership on top accounts - Work with Sales and the Head of Marketing to break into named target accounts. Source recent contacts, prioritize based on signal and fit, and keep the plan moving.
GTM campaigns - Run integrated go-to-market campaigns that wrap around launches, events, and target accounts. Coordinate messaging, channels, and timing so every touch ladders up to pipeline.
Events as a pipeline channel - Support our roundtables, webinars, and executive programs to open conversations with new accounts: help build invite lists, drive the right people into the room, and run the follow-up that turns first contact into active pipeline. Keep exec speaking sessions on track (deadlines, bios, logistics).
