About us
Rasta Pay handles court-level traffic challan settlement for fleet operators, logistics companies and transport businesses. A transporter sitting on 200 pending challans can't send someone to court across five districts — we take that off their plate and resolve it through the proper legal process.
About the role
This is not a fixed-scope job. You'll work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that month — building a process from scratch, closing a client, fixing something that broke, or figuring out a number nobody has calculated yet. Titles like this exist so someone can move between all of them.
What you'll do
Call and pitch to potential clients directly — transporters, logistics companies and fleet owners. You'll be on the phone with decision-makers understanding their challan load and explaining what we do. Everyone here sells, including the founders.
Own projects end-to-end across operations, growth and strategy — scoping them, running them, reporting on them
Build and clean up internal processes: how challans move through the system, how leads get tracked,



how we know what's actually working
Work with numbers — unit economics, cost per lead, court-wise resolution timelines, pricing. Turn messy data into a view the founders can decide from.
Run market and competitor research, and put together decks or documents for clients and partners
Sit in on client conversations and follow through on what comes out of them
Coordinate between the operations, telecalling and marketing sides so things don't fall between them
What we're looking for
0–3 years of experience. Consulting, startup ops, analytics, or a founder-adjacent role are all relevant. So is having run something of your own.
Willing to pick up the phone. A large part of this role is talking to transporters and fleet owners directly — if cold conversations aren't for you, this isn't the right fit.
Genuinely comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and building a transparent deck. These are daily too
