Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain large-scale, cloud-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. You'll work within a team-oriented, Agile environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot.
Architect and implement solutions based on Microservices design principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering and design documentation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment.
Must-Have Qualifications
3–5 years of skilled experience in Java development.
Strong, hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture design principles and implementation using Spring Boot.
