Are you a motivated CA Article Assistant looking to build a robust career in Business Valuation and Deal Advisory?

? Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

What you'll work on in Business Valuation and Deal Advisory:

✔️Performing Valuations: Applying methodologies like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis to value equities, ESOPs, and complex financial instruments.
✔️Supporting M&A; Transactions: Contributing to real deals from the initial stage—helping prepare pitch decks and teasers—through to due diligence and purchase price allocation under IND AS.
✔️Conducting Financial Analysis: Building financial models and performing impairment testing for goodwill and cash-generating units (CGUs).

Eligibility:

✅ CA Inter (Both Groups Cleared – May 2026)
✅ Intellectually curious,



with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in valuation
✅ ITT & OC Trainings Completed
✅ Good Communication Skills (written and verbal), as this is essential for client and team interactions
✅ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, powerpoint skills are a strong advantage

This role offers excellent exposure to practical aspects of indirect taxation, client interactions, litigation support, advisory assignments, and compliance work.
