Oli AI is building Conversation Intelligence and Voice AI infrastructure for modern enterprises, helping businesses automate high-volume customer conversations across sales, collections, customer engagement, support and other critical workflows.
We are looking for a Growth & Founder Branding Manager to help us build Oli's brand, strengthen our founder's presence, and create a consistent B2B lead-generation engine.
This is not a traditional social media role. You will work directly with the founder and have ownership across founder branding, content, demand generation, outbound, communities and B2B growth.

What you'll do
Build and execute the founder's LinkedIn and personal branding strategy
Turn founder insights, customer learnings and industry trends into high-quality content
Develop Oli's thought leadership around AI, Voice AI and Conversation Intelligence
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, outbound, communities, events and partnerships
Research target enterprise accounts and identify relevant decision-makers




Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns
Create content including LinkedIn posts, carousels, case studies, articles, videos and industry insights
Identify podcast, webinar, event, media and speaking opportunities for the founder
Build relationships across AI, fintech, BFSI, SaaS and startup ecosystems
Track marketing performance across leads, meetings, POCs, pipeline and revenue
Experiment with recent growth channels and continuously improve what works

What we're looking for
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, SaaS or startup marketing
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and founder-led marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with B2B lead generation and prospect research
Strong understanding of content marketing and demand generation
Comfortable working directly with founders
Data-driven and focused on business outcomes, not vanity metrics
Highly proactive,
