Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 production application support for .NET and Azure-based applications.
Monitor application health, performance, availability, and operational alerts.
Troubleshoot application incidents across application, database, API, integration, and Azure PaaS layers.
Analyze logs, exceptions, traces, and performance metrics using Azure Application Insights and other monitoring tools.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
Troubleshoot REST API failures, authentication issues, integration errors, timeouts, and connectivity problems.
