Job Description: QA Automation Engineer / SDET

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / SDET with strong expertise in Python, C#, or Java, along with hands-on experience in Selenium, Playwright, SQL, API testing, data validation, and data integrity testing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated test solutions, validating application functionality and data accuracy, and collaborating closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python, C#, or Java.

Develop and execute automated UI test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web-based applications.

Design and execute API testing using REST/SOAP APIs and validate request/response data.

Write complex SQL queries to validate backend data and perform database testing.





Perform data validation and data integrity testing across multiple application and database layers.

Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and transformation across source and target systems.

Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track defects through resolution.

Develop reusable automation components and contribute to improving automation coverage and test efficiency.

Execute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.

Participate in test planning, estimation, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and release validation.

Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.

Required Skills

Robust programming experience in Python, C#, or Java.

Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

Hands-on experience with Playwr
