Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Pan India
Experience: 8 to 14 years

Must Have Skills

Solid hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, ideally on large enterprise implementations
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex
Omnistudio experience is must (Omniscript, Integration Procedure and Data Mappers)
Experience with declarative automation — Flows, validation rules and process automation — and knowing when to configure vs. code
Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations, platform events and API-based data exchange
Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security and sharing model, and governor limits




Good grasp of E&U; Cloud/Sales Cloud configurations
Solid debugging, testing and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and performance
Positive interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working in an Agile, distributed team
Willingness to take ownership of problems and see features through to production
Salesforce certified — Platform Developer I; Administrator and/or Platform App Builder

Nice to Have

Experience on Salesforce CLM - knowledge of building templates and configure clauses
