Key Responsibilities :

· Lead SK Finance's Digital Partnerships function and drive growth through strategic alliances with LSP and Fintechs.




· Build a sustainable digital sourcing ecosystem that contributes significantly to revenue and profit growth.
· Develop and integrate the partnerships with SK super apps and Digital Lending ecosystem
Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage partnerships
Develop long-term relationships with founders, CXOs
Work closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
Monitor portfolio performance and risk metrics across partnership channels.

Experience and Qualifications
· 12+ years of experience
· MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
· Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
· Experience in NBFC, Banks, Fintechs, Consumer Finance Companies, Vehicle Finance Businesses, MSME Lending Platforms, Digital Marketplace Ecosystems
· Certifications in Fintech, Digital Transformation, Partnerships, or Strategy would be an advanta
