About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience and strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and/or eCommerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Understand SCM/eCommerce business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.




Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
Analyze and document end-to-end workflows related to order management, inventory, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, pricing, product catalog, payments, and customer journeys.
Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional dependencies.
Support UAT, including preparation of test scenarios, validation of business requirements, and coordination with business users.
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Manage requirement changes and ensure appropriate documentation and stakeholder communication.
Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, data mappings, and other functional documentation as required.
Track project requirements and ensure deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
