Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Intern role based in New Delhi. The HR Intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting personnel records management, and assisting with employee onboarding and documentation.



The role also involves coordinating employee benefits-related queries, supporting HR compliance tasks, updating HR reports, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and gain practical exposure to HR management in an infrastructure and trading environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Perks administration.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
