Role Description The Venture Capital Scout at My Startup Valley is responsible for identifying promising early-stage startups, assessing their potential, and connecting them with relevant investors within the community. This is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with a mix of in-office engagements and flexible work-from-home activities. On a day-to-day basis,



the scout will source and track startup leads, attend ecosystem events, conduct founder conversations, and maintain a pipeline of investment-ready opportunities. The role involves collaborating with founders to understand their business models, preparing concise profiles or investment notes, and supporting the coordination of meetings between startups and investors. The scout will also contribute to ecosystem-building initiatives, gather market intelligence, and share insights internally to improve deal flow and community impact.
