growth while building a high-performing, scalable organisation.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Business & Sales Leadership: Own revenue, GTV, conversion and profitability targets;
develop and execute sales strategies across products, destinations and customer segments.
Performance Management: Establish a structured daily, weekly and monthly review
cadence, including morning and evening reviews focused on pipeline, productivity,
conversions, closures and business performance.
People Leadership & Team Scaling: Lead, coach and scale a high-perform
