Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor at Ananta Careers' Vadodara center. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our digital marketing academy offerings, understanding their aspirations, and recommending suitable courses. The role involves providing detailed course information, addressing inquiries, following up with potential candidates, and supporting their enrollment process. The Senior Counsellor will ensure an exceptional experience for students while meeting enrollment targets through effective communication and professional integrity.
Qualifications
Solid communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
Experience in customer service, client handling, or student counseling
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to guide students towards informed decisions
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Ability to work in a target-driven and team-oriented environment
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Education
