Role Description This is a full-time Localisation & Translation Google Ads role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work model, combining office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves translating and localising Google Ads campaigns for multiple language markets, ensuring that ad copy, keywords, and extensions are culturally appropriate and aligned with local terminology. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and refining ad content,



collaborating with marketing and product teams to maintain brand voice across languages, and optimizing translated campaigns for performance. The team member will monitor campaign results, suggest improvements based on language nuances, and help build scalable localisation processes for new markets. The role also includes maintaining terminology databases, documenting localisation guidelines, and contributing to content quality assurance.
Qualifications
Solid Translation skills, including experience adapting content for digital advertising and performance-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in Spanish Translation, with the ability to handle both general and domain-specific language accurately.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills for clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy and stakeholder collaboration.
