Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Specialist (Field Sales) role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of in office client visits and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Business Development Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company’s photography, filmmaking, and entertainment services, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, presenting service offerings, and nurturing relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and digital communication. The role involves coordinating with internal creative and operations teams to develop tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding and high service standards. The specialist will maintain sales reports, track performance against targets, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support strategic planning.
