About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sr Business Development Executive to join our lead generation team. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential business customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling and other approved channels
Connect with decision-makers and key business stakeholders
Understand customer requirements and identify relevant business opportunities
Qualify prospects based on defined lead qualification criteria
Conduct follow-ups with prospects to generate qualified opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets




Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handover
Handle basic objections and communicate the value proposition effectively
Consistently focus on improving lead quality and conversion

Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in B2B tele calling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken English is mandatory
Comfortable making outbound business calls
Ability to confidently communicate with decision-makers
Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel is an advantage
