Job Description

Hydronavix Marine and Offshore Engineering is looking for experienced Drafting Engineers – Architecture / Interior with strong AutoCAD skills and practical experience in marine accommodation and interior drafting.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior drawings, layouts, views, annotations, and related drafting documentation in accordance with project and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed accommodation layouts for passenger and crew cabins.

Prepare layouts for public areas such as lounges, restaurants, shops, day rooms, and other crew/passenger spaces.

Create and manage AutoCAD layouts, views, annotations, and view scales.

Follow proper layer settings and assign drawings to the correct layers as per company standards.

Create and modify dynamic blocks.

Create and manage attribute definitions.

Prepare detailed drawings for ceiling, wall lining, and flooring systems.

Prepare drawings related to ceiling and wall fittings.

Ensure drawings meet project requirements related to comfort, safety,



accessibility, and illumination.

Coordinate drawing details and maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in all deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Good understanding of layer management and drafting standards.

Experience in architectural and interior drafting.

Experience in preparing marine accommodation or similar detailed interior layouts.

Knowledge of different ceiling systems, wall lining systems, and flooring systems.

Knowledge of ceiling and wall-mounted fittings.

Ability to understand technical inputs and convert them into explicit and accurate drawings.

Good attention to detail and drawing quality.
