Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and engagement efforts to attract new contributors, readers, and partners to TheCconnects. This full-time remote role involves assisting with lead generation, following up with prospects, and maintaining communication with C-suite professionals, founders, and entrepreneurs. The intern will help draft and send outreach messages, coordinate online meetings,



and support social media and email marketing campaigns to promote interviews, stories, and features. Day-to-day tasks include tracking responses, updating CRM or contact lists, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with the editorial and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with content initiatives. The role also includes learning and applying sales and marketing best practices while contributing ideas to improve brand reach and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse professional audiences.
Customer Service capabilities to manage inquiries, build relationships, and provide a positive experience for featured leaders and partners.
Foundational Sales skills, such as prospecting, follow-up, and basic negotiation to support revenue and partnership goals.
