Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Intern will support lead generation activities, engage with prospective customers, and assist in promoting property listings across digital and offline channels.



Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting the sales team with presentations, follow-ups, and basic reporting. The intern will help execute marketing campaigns, participate in outreach initiatives, and learn to use CRM tools and other platforms for tracking leads and customer feedback. The role provides hands-on exposure to real estate sales, customer engagement, and marketing operations within a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management and learning structured sales processes.
Ability to support Training activities, including assisting in onboarding materials and internal knowledge sharing.
