We are looking for a confident, polished and highly personable Luxury Jewellery Sales Associate to represent Nornament at our Delhi presence within Pernia’s.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a premium and personalised experience for every Nornament customer.
This is a consultative sales role.



We are looking for someone who can understand a client's taste, occasion, lifestyle and requirements, educate them about jewellery and gemstones, tell the story behind a piece, and confidently guide them towards a purchase.
The person should be comfortable dealing with discerning, high-value customers and building relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Sales
Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence and impeccable etiquette.
Understand the customer's needs, preferences, occasion and budget before recommending jewellery.
Present Nornament jewellery in a sophisticated and engaging manner.
Explain the design story, craftsmanship, materials and distinctive features of each piece.
Develop strong product knowledge across Nornament's collections, including diamonds, polki, gold, gemstones and contemporary jewellery.
Handle high-value customer interactions
