• Provide Video consultation to customers
• Explain the treatment process, highlighting the advantages
• Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology
• Sell our clear aligner system to patients
• Provide best-in-class customer experience to Toothsi customers
• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients
• Overall problem-solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
