Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of frontend and backend developers through the full software development lifecycle.
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN stack and contemporary frameworks like Next.js and AngularJS .
- Work with MySQL , PostgreSQL , and MongoDB to design efficient and scalable data models.
- Design and implement backend services using Node.js and Express.js , incorporating WebSocket's for real-time features when needed.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
- Promote and implement microservices architecture to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Review code, provide technical mentorship, and enforce clean, maintainable code practices.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience in full-stack JavaScript environments.
- Strong experience with:
- Node.js , Express.js
- React.js , AngularJS , Next.js
- MySQL , PostgreSQL , MongoDB
- WebSocket implementations
- Microservices Architecture
- CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with Git, agile development workflows, and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and edge computing.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Redux.
- Background in mentoring, coaching, and evaluating team members.
