Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding activities, updating HR databases, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives and benefits-related queries. The intern will collaborate with various teams to gather HR-related information,



help prepare reports, and ensure accurate documentation. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular presence at the office and active participation in HR operations.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Interest in Personnel Management and employee lifecycle processes
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and basic data handling
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Noida
