As a Technical BSA/ Product Owner, you will define the vision and future of our Salesforce workplace. TechOps sits at the intersection of every business unit and delivers mission critical services and information to Stakeholders across the entire company.
This role can be based out of our Gurgaon office or remotely in the India region.
The Right Candidate Will: CRM Salesforce Expertise
- Be a CRM subject matter expert, specializing in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Sales Forecasting, Sales Processes, Partner Sales Processes, and Deal Management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including security, automation, approval processes, flow, custom objects, reports etc

Business Technical Analysis
- Deeply understand user journeys for different types of users
- Ability to analyze solutions and estimate effort/lift required for implementation
- Identify project complexity and engage the right stakeholders for well-rounded implementation
- Independently identify areas of improvement and advocate for changes
- Work closely with Sales, SalesOps, Partner Sales,



Finance teams and Other Internal teams to understand business goals and define system solutions
- Translate business requirements into system functionality, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Collaborate with the CRM team to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and effort estimation

Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Bridge business needs with system capabilities to contribute to the technical roadmap and proactively address delivery needs
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless integrations across best-of-breed applications
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration and migration requirements, and custom functionality as needed
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demos, and user training for CRM systems
