About the Role
Avillion Farms is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer with 2–4 years of skilled experience in architectural, interior, and exterior visualization. The candidate will be responsible for converting architectural concepts and 2D drawings into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals for luxury villas, premium farmhouses, and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D Interior Renderings for luxury villas and premium residences.
Create realistic 3D Exterior Renderings including facades, buildings, landscapes, and outdoor spaces.
Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
Produce photorealistic renders with realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and surroundings.




Create architectural walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals.
Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers.
Understand design concepts and translate them accurately into 3D visualizations.
Incorporate revisions based on client, architect, and management feedback.
Prepare high-quality visuals for client presentations and project approvals.
Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, and architectural detailing.
