ERP Development & Integration
- Design, develop, and optimize ERP configurations, customizations, and workflows aligned with evolving business needs
- Architect and implement scalable NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1)
- Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft
System Administration & Compliance
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security configurations within NetSuite
- Ensure compliance with standards such as SOX, GAAP, ASC 606, and IFRS 15
- Document changes and system configurations for audit readiness and internal knowledge sharing
Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with finance, HR, order management, and supply chain teams to optimize ERP processes
- Troubleshoot and enhance data flows between NetSuite and external systems
- Lead integration initiatives and advise on best practices for ERP data integrity and process improvement
Project Leadership & Support
- Drive ERP implementation and enhancement projects,
including upgrades and system performance optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct ERP user training to support adoption
- Provide technical support and resolve system discrepancies in a timely and scalable manner
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct unit and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new ERP features and customizations
- Proactively research and resolve system issues to ensure efficiency and reliability
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide high-quality internal customer service and respond to ERP-related support requests
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and deliver clear communication of ERP processes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support internal and external audits by generating ERP reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of ERP engineering experience, preferably with NetSuite
- Robust proficiency in Suit
