Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or HNI clients using ELEFIN MONEY’s investment solutions. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable products such as mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds,



and sovereign gold bonds through the platform. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and performance updates to maintain solid client relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities include handling client queries, providing user support on the app, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling investment products. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, meeting defined sales and service targets, and representing the brand in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
