About the Role:
Right now, operations at SUPR is one person getting orders packed and dispatched. That doesn't survive 6x.
We're hiring someone to own the entire fulfillment function the warehouse, the couriers, the stock, and every parcel from the moment an order lands to the moment it's delivered or written off. You'd be building the system, not inheriting one.
This is not a coordination role.
Nobody here will be chasing you for updates on RTO. You own the number.
What you'll do:
Couriers and 3PLs:
Own every shipping partner relationship end to end — selection, rate card negotiation, performance reviews, and moving volume when someone underperforms
Audit courier invoices. Catch weight discrepancies, zone misclassification, RTO billed as forward. Get the money back
Decide whether we stay in-house or move to a 3PL, and make the case either way
RTO and NDR:
Own the RTO percentage as your primary number. Find the causes — pincode clusters, address quality, COD confirmation gaps, couriers marking false attempts — and fix them
Run NDR re-attempts as a real process, not a fire drill. Every failed delivery gets chased, converted or closed within a defined window
Report both weekly with the root cause, not just the number
Inventory:
Maintain stock records that reconcile to the shelf. Cycle counts, variance
